A WhatsApp bot that files your orders
Your shop sends an ordinary WhatsApp message with the recipient's name, phone, area and amount; the bot reads it and replies with an order summary carrying “Confirm ✓” and “Cancel ✗” buttons, and nothing is created until it is confirmed. It also reads photos of receipts and screenshots of customer chats and pulls the data out of them, recognises the shop from the name printed on the receipt, and accepts a cancellation sent as “cancel 1042”.
The result: orders reach the system without you opening a computer.
Instant dispatch: first to accept takes it
The request goes out to every available driver at the same moment, and whoever accepts first takes it, with no phone calls and no hunting for who is free. Fares are set in advance per route (area to area), and the ledger entry is recorded automatically on delivery. The driver app carries a separate “Instant” tab apart from their regular round, so the two never mix.
