Tawsileb (tawsileb.com) is a management system for delivery offices in Lebanon. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it. It applies to the marketing site and to the system itself.

Registration data: office name, owner name, phone number, email, and an encrypted password.

Operational data entered by the office: orders, customer names, addresses and phones, driver and shop details, and financial movements (invoices, settlements, expenses).

Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs — for security and abuse prevention.

To run the system and provide its services to the subscribed office, its drivers and its shops.

To contact you about the trial, subscription and technical support.

We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Each office's data is fully isolated from every other office at the database level — no office can see another's data.

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored with one-way encryption.

All data is backed up automatically every day.

The system itself uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for login and sessions.

The marketing page only uses Meta Pixel to measure our advertising (page visits, content views, registrations). This measurement does not run inside the system and never accesses any of your office's operational data.

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or permanent deletion of your account by contacting us.

When a subscription ends your office data stays saved so you can return; you can request its permanent deletion at any time.
