By using or registering in Tawsileb you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

Registration requires accurate details. You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account and the accounts of your staff, drivers and shops.

The free trial lasts 14 days with all features and no commitment. When it ends, access stops until a subscription is activated; your data stays saved.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly according to the plans published on the pricing page, activated and renewed by contacting the platform.

If renewal is late, access is locked automatically until payment, while data remains saved.

Prices may change in the future — subscribers are notified before any change that affects them, and no increase applies to a period already paid for.

The system is intended for managing lawful delivery businesses. Any illegal activity, or attempts to breach, disrupt, or access other offices' data, is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or abuses the system.

The data you enter (orders, customers, accounts) belongs to your office and is handled according to the privacy policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for your obligations toward your customers, drivers and shops — the system is a management tool and does not bear the outcome of your business decisions.

We work to keep the service available around the clock with daily backups, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Our maximum liability toward you in any case does not exceed the subscription value you paid for the last three months.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes are announced inside the system or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
